Hi, I'm Zach. I build and design AI systems that change the way you work — and I came at it from an unusual direction.

For years I wasn't an engineer. I was a storyteller. I built a video production business and grew an audience of 100K+ followers and 25M+ views — learning the thing most technical people never do: how to make people actually care, how attention really moves, and how to ship something every single day.

Then in 2024, AI clicked for me, and I haven't stopped building since. Voice agents, mobile apps, real-time platforms — and eventually AgentlandOS, an operating system of AI agents that now runs the day-to-day across my own companies: fielding customer inquiries, booking jobs, chasing down leads, and reporting the numbers back to me every morning. Along the way I shipped TraceTrack (the GitHub for AI workflows), an agent-based trading system, and a shelf of free tools I give away because they're useful.

Here's what all of it taught me: most people talk about AI. Very few make it actually do the work. The gap isn't the models — it's building systems that show up, run, and don't need babysitting.
