What it is

We start with a short planning call to tailor the day to your business. Then we spend the day building, together, on your team's real work.

Operations, marketing, product and leadership teams who want practical skills with AI tools. No engineering background needed.

Five modules, in order. Building takes the most time.

1 Make AI work for you Think about the repetitive work you do, and the things you know in your head that need to be shared with the model.
2 What AI can and cannot do Learn what is and isn't possible with AI models today, and which one to use when: ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
3 Do's and don'ts Do add context and define what a good result looks like. Don't treat agents as magic or trust output you haven't checked.
4 Build The longest block of the day. Pick a track and build an automation or workflow with agents, starting with the simplest version that works.
5 Share what you built Show what it does, how you checked it and who owns it from here. Then pick what to build next.

Does my team need to be technical?: No. It's built for operations, marketing, product and leadership. If you can use the tools you use today, you can build with these.
In person or remote?: Either. In person or fully remote for distributed teams; we pick what fits on the planning call.
How big can the team be?: Smaller groups work best because it's hands-on. Larger groups are possible; we size it on the planning call.
